Leasing & Property Management Specialists: We strive to provide quality service to landlords and tenants. We take care of everything from move-in to move-out of the leasing process so you don't have to, as well as oversee the rent collection and maintenance of your property while it is tenant occupied.

Tenant Placement: Placement and tenant screening with advertising continually running, we take numerous inquiries daily to keep units fully rented. We require each potential tenant to complete an application, then follow up to verify their employment, rental history, credit, and criminal history. This helps assure that your property will have the best tenant possible.

Accounting: Each month you receive a financial statement showing monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide numerous reports including tenant rental histories, property rental histories, tax information to your accountant, and a host of other reports with the touch of a button.

Customer Service: Calls are answered by the office staff during regular business hours. In an emergency, a live operator is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist our clients by paging the appropriate personnel.

Site Inspection: Inspenctions are performed on a regular basis to ensure that the grounds are being maintained, and to document those areas requiring attention.
